Project Overview
AAA delivered a comprehensive multi-system installation at Lovell's Carlton Dene development, providing the infrastructure that supports security, connectivity, and everyday building operation. The project brought together video door entry, access control, CCTV, Fibre Integrated Reception Systems (FIRS), landlord WiFi, and the supporting network infrastructure needed to connect them all into a single, coordinated solution.
Across the development, Comelit video door entry panels, access control systems, and UNV CCTV were installed to help manage visitor access, secure communal areas, and provide visual coverage throughout the site. Behind these systems, a dedicated Security LAN with fibre optic connectivity links network cabinets, controllers, cameras, and intercom equipment across the development, creating a reliable backbone for the entire security infrastructure.
The project also included a site-wide landlord WiFi solution designed from heat map information, alongside a Fibre Integrated Reception System (FIRS) distributing satellite television, terrestrial TV, DAB, and FM services to every dwelling through a communal network. Provision was also made for Openreach and Hyperoptic services, helping prepare the development for current and future broadband connectivity.
From installation through to testing and commissioning, the focus was on ensuring every system worked together as part of a single building infrastructure. The result is a development equipped with integrated security, communications, entertainment, and network systems designed to support residents, building management, and long-term operation.
