Kennaway Estate

Project Overview

AAA was appointed to design, supply, install, and commission new Security and IRS systems at the Kennaway Estate residential development.

The project included a full ENTROTEC Video Door Entry and Access Control System, providing residents with secure and reliable communication and access management. Stainless steel entry panels were fitted with integrated cameras, keypads, and proximity readers, with EV5 video handsets installed within each apartment for clear two-way communication and remote door release functionality.

An IP CCTV System was installed using UNV 5MP cameras to deliver comprehensive internal and external surveillance. The system included NVRs, monitors, and PoE networking, ensuring seamless operation and connectivity across the estate.

AAA also supplied and commissioned a Hybrid Integrated Reception System (HIRS), distributing Sky Q, Hotbird, Turksat, Freeview, DAB, and FM signals to 54 apartments and 7 townhouses. The roof-mounted aerial and dish arrays were installed on non-penetrating mounts, with fibre optic distribution to each dwelling.

All systems were designed and commissioned to NSI and BS standards, with full testing, documentation, and certification provided upon completion.
