Project Overview

AAA was appointed to design, supply, and commission a complete Audio Visual, Network, and Control System upgrade for a private residence in Stanmore. The works were carried out following a detailed site survey to modernise the property’s entertainment and connectivity systems while enhancing ease of use for the new residents.

A new TV and Satellite Distribution System was installed, including a Sky Q–enabled multi-switch and high-gain aerial, providing Freeview and Sky access to five main TV locations and additional viewing points throughout the home.

The WiFi System was redesigned using discreetly positioned Wireless Access Points to ensure reliable, high-speed coverage in every area of the property, supported by the existing structured cabling network.

AAA supplied and installed new Samsung Smart TVs, including an 85” 8K Ultra HD model in the Cinema Room, a 75” 4K TV for the Kitchen, and a 65” 4K TV for the Living Room, all integrated with the Control4 OS3 System for unified control of video, audio, lighting, and heating. The Control4 system was upgraded with an EA5 processor and seven new touchscreen interfaces for improved performance and user experience.

A new gate intercom system was integrated into the Control4 platform, enabling residents to communicate with visitors via in-home touchscreens or remotely through a mobile app. Additionally, a Vodafone mobile phone booster system was installed to improve signal coverage across key areas of the property.

All systems were tested, commissioned, and documented, with full as-built drawings, schematics, and an aftercare maintenance plan provided upon completion.
