Stroudley Walk

Project Overview

The Stroudley Walk Development in East London is a multi-block residential project delivering hundreds of modern apartments with secure and connected living spaces.

AAA designed, supplied and commissioned a comprehensive Security, Access Control, Intercom, CCTV, and Structured Cabling package. The system included 274 apartment handsets, a concierge unit, and 16 Comelit entry panels finished in vandal-resistant stainless steel with HD cameras and door release functionality.

An IP CCTV system was installed using UNV and later upgraded to Hikvision cameras, providing HD surveillance with 31-day recording via NVRs in Blocks D and E. Structured cabling was completed throughout all blocks with Cat6 data outlets, fibre backbone links and fully tested, labelled connections. The installation also included a Honeywell Galaxy intruder alarm and BMS fibre integration to ensure complete connectivity and protection across the site.

As standard, all systems were tested, commissioned and certified to NACOSS/NSI standards, with full Fluke test results and compliance documentation provided to the client upon completion.
