The Drive

Project Overview

AAA was appointed to design, supply, and install a complete residential security system at 18 The Drive, incorporating CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Video Doorbell systems to provide comprehensive protection and monitoring for the property.

The CCTV System included 11 Hikvision cameras – nine external ColourVu turret cameras and two internal DarkFighter domes – strategically positioned to cover all external elevations, entrances, and internal landing areas. The system was configured for 24-hour colour recording with four weeks of continuous storage and remote access via the Hik-Connect app.

A new wireless intruder alarm system was installed, consisting of motion detectors and magnetic door/window contacts throughout the ground and first floors. The system is fully controllable via keypad, key fobs, or the Hik-Connect mobile app, allowing remote arming and disarming for convenience and peace of mind.

To complete the integrated solution, AAA installed a Hikvision Video Doorbell System linked to two indoor wall-mounted touchscreens. The system provides two-way audio, video calling, and live view functionality, forming part of a unified home security ecosystem.

All systems were tested, commissioned, and configured for remote access, ensuring full functionality and ease of use for the client.
