We were experiencing poor reception on Freeview and no reception at all on Freesat. Dean came and diagnosed the problems, ran new cables from the aerial and satellite dish, and now everything works perfectly. The job was done professionally, and there was no attempt to sell us bits of kit we didn't need. Dean knows exactly what he is doing, and is a perfectionist. Without being asked he sorted out the confusing jumble of cables running to the TV, so that everything is neat and tidy. The price was fair for the work done.

Fitted a new aerial on a Saturday morning and installed a new aerial connection. Very reasonable. Called me when he was on his way. Friendly, efficient and informative. I'm very pleased as I now I have TV in two rooms and without having to turn and wait for my computer.

After several months of trying to retune our TV, reposition the aerial, buy another signal booster and even calling a Freeview tech help service, we still had a poor reception. We were recommended to use this company who not only were friendly and helpful with advice, but also able to get the job checked and done in good time.

Dean and his colleague Jimmy were both very professional and extremely approachable. Their workmanship and attention to detail were good to experience.

Rob and Trevor successfully completed a challenging de-installation of antennae and masts in Dollis Hill. The site was difficult to access with ladders, overgrown garden with hazardous conditions of buried equipment and cabling.

The job was undertaken very professionally in a safe and careful manner, ensuring no damage was caused to the house.
