The brand-new, £20 million state-of-the-art Alton Sports Centre replaced a previous building on the same site. With superb new facilities and a fantastic range of activities for the whole community to enjoy, Alton Sports Centre is the perfect place for everyone to get active.
At the brand new Everyone Active Sports centre we designed, supplied and installed an Integrated Reception System which fed over 80 points. The system distributed Freesat, Freeview and FM & DAB Radio to multiple signage screens around the building, treadmills and cross trainers in the state of the art gym, and wall mounted TVs in the rock climbing facility and spa. The antenna array was installed in a non-obstructive location as to not to been seen from the ground and the distribution equipment impeccably installed in the Comms Room.
As standard all cabling was labelled and every outlet was tested and certified, the client was provided with Signal Test Records and a Confederation of Aerial Installers ( CAI ) Certificate of Compliance upon completion.
